Happy Tails

After giving so much love and care to the animals that stay with us, we are always excited to hear about how they are doing with their new families.

I adopted my MoJo from the Tastc Shelter three weeks ago today. He has become such a special part of my family and life. He is getting so big already. There is nothing better than getting home from work and seeing him at the screen waiting on me. I just wanted to say thank you once again for letting him adopt me.

Mikey found us when we needed her most. We had just learned our eight year old Shepherd mix Marty had bone cancer. Knowing what was coming, I dreaded the day when we’d come home and have to say goodbye to our best friend. We adopted Mikey from TASTC just weeks before Marty passed. She knew right away Marty was sick and watched over her as all best buddies would! Mikey made the transition bearable and has been by my side ever since. It’s like she’s been with us for years. We just love her and thank TASTC for saving our newest family member!

Bailey

We absolutely love Bailey! He is a wonderful dog, has such an adorable personality and has really started to open up and feel comfortable here. He quickly made himself at home, follows me around almost everywhere just as happy as can be. He spends his days laying next to my desk in the office while I'm working, following me around on the ranch doing chores, even helps herding the ducks in at night, and every day he insists on 'talking' to the horses to let them think he is in charge haha. His evenings are spent curled up on his blanket in my room or sneaking into my bed. He wakes me up every morning with a slobbery kiss and tail wagging! He is truly a blessing!
